Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the insertion of very thin single use sterile needles into specific points throughout the body. Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to alleviate pain and prevent illness. A gentle and relaxing method is used here at Natural Point Wellness to help promote healing in a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Micro-needling

Micro-needling is a technique that uses very small needles to create micro channels in the skin. Once those channels are created the skin will start to respond by increasing collagen and elastin production to help the skin heal. That in turn will make the skin tighter and smoother.

Cupping

Fire cupping is an ancient Chinese modality used to help reduce pain, release tension in the muscles and tissues and decrease inflammation. Cupping is a very soothing and relaxing way to increase blood flow and move energy throughout the body.

Herbal Therapies

Chinese Herbal Medicine uses a variety of plants, minerals and other natural materials to create formulas. These herbal formulas can be given as teas, pills, capsules or powders for a therapeutic effect to help with pain, illness, emotional imbalance and acute and chronic conditions

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues throughout the body to help encourage relaxation and increased blood flow.

Massage is used for pain, muscle tension and to help reduce stress.
